
What We Offer
Power in Every Body offers coaching to all, but particularly to individuals adjusting to life after acquiring a disability or being diagnosed with a chronic condition.
These are both still very misunderstood by society and come with a lot of assumptions, mischaracterizations, and outright prejudice. Dealing with that, on top of necessary lifestyle changes and potential changes to future plans due to the new medical status, can make a person very anxious about what the future holds.
We cannot fix or cure disability, nor would we want to. But we can help you identify what you'd like in your new life as a disabled person and the best ways to build that life for yourself. Because your life is still full of possibilities, potential, and the right to make the choices that are best for you, regardless of how you disability affects you.

O — Open a New Identity Many people feel like they lost who they were. In this stage I will support you to:

This is where people start realizing, “I am still me.”
W — Wake Up Inner Power This stage reconnects you with your agency and inner authority. You'll learn to:

This is where you'll see why I named the program what I did, realizing that power exists in every body.
E — Envision a Life That Works. Now you'll begin imagining a future again. I'll guide you to:

explore what a meaningful life could look like now.
You'll find Hope starting to return!
R — Redesign Your Life. Finally, you'll begin building their new life. You'll create:

routines that support your body and mind

goals aligned with your values

a life structure that actually works.
